Verifying a new correspondent, a complementary layer of email defence
On top of antispam protection, e-securemail uses HUMail Technology to add a complementary layer of email defence. Based on the Turing test, it checks whether the sender of an email is genuinely human, based on certain risk criteria (attachment, URL, message analysis): is this a human, or a robot? To find out, the sender is asked to do something a robot cannot do (or cannot do at a cost that makes economic sense for it).
Messages awaiting HUMail validation can be safely previewed and released by the recipient.
