Dashboard
Thirty days of activity on their own mailbox: processed, blocked, rejected and valid messages, how they break down and how they evolve.
- Blocked messages are broken down by reason — spam, HUMail, virus, size, content, malformed header — which answers the only question that matters when a message is missing: why.
- Everyone sees their own scope: their mailbox, their aliases, the groups they belong to.
Message tracking
Find one specific message, inbound or outbound, and know what became of it.
- Simple or advanced search on sender, subject or recipient.
- For each message: its verdict and its delivery status, side by side.
- The detail view covers reception, processing and the message's characteristics.
Quarantine and preview
A held message is not a lost message. Users with the right permission preview it safely, then decide.
- Filters by scope: direct, groups, aliases, shared mailboxes.
- Per message: preview, release, allow the sender or ban them.
- Bulk handling when the list is long.
Read without risk
The preview opens the message inside the console, never in the inbox. Three views: headers, rendered HTML, and plain text.
This is where it differs from a plain quarantine, where you choose blindly between releasing an unknown message and deleting it without knowing.
Lists and signature
The settings that the administrator delegates to the user.
Their own lists
Banned, allowed, personal, VIP, HUMail-certified. By address, domain or IP. The « origin » column shows where each entry came from: manual entry, self-learning, or declared from Teams or Outlook.
Their signature
Unified Unisign signature, edited straight from the console. Three modes depending on the policy in place: no signature, custom, or premium.
Exchange files and secrets, securely
An oversized attachment bounces back, and a password sent by email stays there forever. My e-securemail settles both problems, from the same console.
Send a file
Up to 100 MB. The recipient gets a link, not a file — nothing clogs their mailbox, nothing hits their server's size limit.
Request a file
A personal upload link, sent to someone with no account. They upload, you are notified. No more explaining how to split an archive.
Send a secret
A password, an API key. Encrypted server-side and destroyed once it has been viewed the allowed number of times — once, by default.
The code does not travel with the link
Access is protected by a one-time code, sent by email or by SMS. Over SMS, a link intercepted in a compromised mailbox is no longer enough to open the file. Protection, validity and download count are set globally, then customised recipient by recipient.
Every file is scanned
Files go through the antivirus before being made available, on sending as on upload. The result shows on screen, and a threat blocks the download: the service does not become a back door.
Full traceability
Every share keeps its log: code sent, code verified, download — with the time, the IP address and the browser. A transfer is no longer a message in a bottle.
Several accounts, one sign-in
An assistant handling two executives' mailboxes, an administrator following several domains: until now, each switch meant signing out and back in.
Accounts now attach to a single session. You switch with one click, and « sign out of all accounts » closes them all at once.
In their pocket
The mobile app does everything the web console does, with one exception: the signature, which stays in the browser.
